Each item is made to order. I need between 7 to 14 days to craft the jewelry, depending on the numbers of orders that are currently processing.
Keep in mind that I do my best to ship your order as quickly as possible. 🖤
Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Your order within Europe will be shipped with La Poste - Colissimo.
Orders shipped in the US & Canada will be shipped with La Poste - International Tracked Letter.
All orders have a tracking number.
The Cursed Chains can ship in the following countries:
Belgium, Canada, Danemark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Irland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdoms & United States of America.
Shipping rates:
· France: 4.99€
· Europe & Switzerland: 14.25€
Estimated delivery times:
· France: 2-3 open days
· Europe & Switzerland: 5-7 open days
Please note that I'm not responsible if your order isn't delivered within the estimated delivery time, this depends of the service of the shipping carrier.
Returns
If you got the wrong size, you can of course return your order, within 14 days after receiving it.
Write me a message before sending it back to me, and please precise if you want an exchange (if so, also precise the correct size you need for your jewel) or if you want a full refund.
Please note that you'll be responsible for all return shipping fees. I recommend you to use a tracking shipping method. I'll not be responsible of any loss if you return an item.
The item you return must be in perfect condition and in its original package.
Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped within France or Europe aren't subject to custom fees.
Orders placed in Canada, Switzerland, in the UK or in the USA might be subject to custom fees.
Customers are responsible for paying these customs fees.
